• How does the 7-day free trial work?

  When you subscribe to Pro or Ultimate, you get full access to all features for 7 days at no charge. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be billed. If you enjoy the features, your subscription continues automatically after the trial.

• Can I switch between plans?

  Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Ultimate at any time, or upgrade from Pro to Ultimate. Plan changes are managed through the App Store or Google Play Store.

• What happens to my data if I downgrade?

  All your sessions, setups, and data are always preserved regardless of your plan. Nothing is deleted. If you downgrade to the Free plan, you'll still see all your baseline setups, but only one can be active at a time. AI features will revert to Free plan limits.

• What are "lifetime" limits on the Free plan?

  Free plan AI limits (like 10 KART AI chats or 15 Voice to Text uses) are lifetime totals, not monthly. Once you've used your free allocation, you can upgrade to Pro or Ultimate for unlimited access.

• What is Data Logger Extraction?

  Data Logger Extraction uses AI to read data from photos of your data logger display. Simply take a photo and Kart Track extracts the values into your session record.

• Is there an annual discount?

  Yes. Pro is $24.99/year (vs $2.99/month) and Ultimate is $39.99/year (vs $4.99/month). Annual billing saves you over 30% compared to monthly.
